Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-15 business days. This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 3-15 days for the item/items to be shipped. All orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the following week. We will work as quickly as possible to ship out all orders, however due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed since Post Canada is receiving a high volume of packages. Once you are notified that your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking number and all further shipping questions will be handled by Post Canada. 
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.

• We offer free shipping on all orders over 150$ (Canada & USA)
• 15$ shipping fee all over Canada (Standard)
• 21$ shipping fee all over Canada (Express)
• 25$ shipping fee for the USA (Standard)
• Following the 3-15 day processing time of your package, you can expect your delivery within 3 to 9 business days.
